Goods are shipped the same day to the max. 3 working days after receipt of order.
You will receive immediately after ordering affirmative mail of your order and when the product is shipped. It is my responsibility that the goods arrive in mint condition.

You will be charged a low order fee of DKK 20 for orders under DKK 101, as well as a handling fee of DKK 20 for delivery abroad.
Delivery is by Postnord. Delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark. We ship worldwide.
You can also choose to pick up in the shop during normal business hours, this is of course free of shipping.

The amount raised first on your card when goods are shipped from A-Antik.dk. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved the acquisition.
Credit card information is given only for Quickpay, and takes place over a secure encrypted connection, they are not visible to the A-Antik.dk.
Paid-in amount can be adjusted down by A-Antik.dk before redemption, but can not be adjusted up.
If the item is ordered for pickup at the store implemented commercially in Quickpay when the item is put aside in the store.
If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at a-antik.dk. The right of withdrawal shall begin from the day you receive the product.

If there is something wrong with the product (warranty):
When you shop at a-antik.dk you have the 24 month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified we will refund your course (reasonable) shipping costs.
